Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your conduct when using KovaStudioFX. It is part of our Terms of Service. We keep this policy focused: create freely, but don't use KovaStudioFX to harm others or break the law.
1. You may not use KovaStudioFX to:
- Infringe intellectual property. Do not create, distribute, or generate content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights — including using samples, footage, images, or vocal likenesses you don't have the right to use.
- Create unlawful or harmful content. No content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that facilitates violence, exploitation, or serious harm.
- Produce child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors. This is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.
- Impersonate or deceive. Do not use AI features to create deceptive deepfakes of real people, forge someone's voice or likeness without consent, or produce content designed to defraud or mislead in a harmful way.
- Generate hateful content that promotes violence or hatred against people based on protected characteristics.
- Abuse the service. No attempts to reverse-engineer, overload, scrape, circumvent usage limits, resell generation capacity, or interfere with the Service's operation or security.
- Violate privacy or law. Do not use the Service to violate others' privacy or any applicable law or regulation.
2. AI features — specific expectations
The AI generation and writing tools in KovaStudioFX are powerful. When you use them, you are responsible for the output and how you use it. Do not prompt the AI to produce content prohibited above, and do not present AI-generated media of real, identifiable people in ways that are deceptive or harmful. 3. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content processed on our systems, or take other action we consider appropriate, including cooperating with law enforcement. Because most of your content lives on your own device, enforcement primarily affects your account and use of cloud/AI features.
4. Reporting
To report a violation or abuse, email legal@kovastudiofx.com. We take reports seriously and will respond appropriately.
5. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
