This AI Content Policy explains how ownership, rights, and responsibilities work for content you create using the AI features in KovaStudioFX — including AI video generation, AI-assisted writing (captions, hooks, lyrics), transcription, and related tools. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. You own your output

As between you and TNZ Productions LLC, you own the content you generate using KovaStudioFX's AI features, to the fullest extent ownership is available under applicable law. We claim no ownership over your generated videos, images, text, or audio. You are free to use your output for personal and commercial projects, including releasing music, publishing videos, and monetizing your content.

2. Important limits on ownership

Your ownership is subject to some realities of how AI works that we want to be transparent about:

• Copyright of AI output varies by jurisdiction. In some places, purely AI-generated material may not be eligible for copyright protection, or may require meaningful human authorship. We do not guarantee that any specific output is protectable by copyright.
• Underlying providers' terms apply. AI features are powered by third-party model providers. Your use of those features is also subject to the providers' terms, which we select to be compatible with your ownership of output.
• Similar output. Generative AI can produce similar results for different users. We cannot guarantee your output is unique, and we don't grant you exclusivity over styles or common elements.

3. Your responsibilities

Because you own and control your output, you are responsible for it. You agree that:

• You will not generate content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy — including infringing, deceptive, hateful, or unlawful content.
• You are responsible for clearing rights in anything you feed into the AI (lyrics, reference footage, images, voices) and for ensuring your finished output doesn't infringe third-party rights.
• You will comply with the rules of any platform where you publish (for example, disclosure requirements for AI-generated media), and with any applicable laws about synthetic media and likenesses.

4. How we handle your content

When you invoke an AI feature, we transmit only the input needed for that request to the relevant provider to return your result. We do not use your private projects or generated content to train our own models, and we do not sell your content. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on data handling.

5. No professional or accuracy guarantee

AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a given purpose. KovaStudioFX's AI features are creative tools, not professional advice. You should review AI output before relying on or publishing it.

6. Changes

We may update this AI Content Policy as the technology and law evolve. The "Effective" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
