This Privacy Policy explains how TNZ Productions LLC ("we," "us," "TNZ Productions") handles information in connection with KovaStudioFX, our all-in-one music and video creation studio. We built KovaStudioFX around a simple principle: your creative work is yours, and we collect as little about you as we can while still running the service.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide and improve KovaStudioFX:

• Account information: If you create an account or join a waitlist, we collect your email address and any name you provide.
• Content you choose to process in the cloud: When you use an AI feature (such as AI video generation, pitch correction that runs server-side, or the AI writing tools), the specific inputs for that request — for example lyrics, a text prompt, or an audio segment — are transmitted to the provider that fulfills it.
• Usage and diagnostic data: Basic, non-identifying information about crashes, feature usage, and performance, used to fix bugs and improve the app.
• Payment information: If you purchase a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Your beats, projects, recordings, mixes, and rendered videos are stored locally on your device by default. We do not upload them to our servers unless a feature you actively invoke requires it.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to: operate and maintain KovaStudioFX; process the specific AI or cloud requests you initiate; provide customer support; send you service and launch communications you asked for; process payments; and diagnose and fix technical problems.

3. AI features and your content

KovaStudioFX includes optional AI features. When and only when you invoke one, the necessary input is sent to a third-party AI provider (for example, model providers used for video generation, transcription, or text assistance) to return a result. We pass through the minimum needed to fulfill your request.

We do not use your private projects, recordings, or generated content to train our own models, and we do not sell your content. Third-party AI providers process your request under their own terms; we select providers that do not claim ownership of your output. 4. When we share information

We share information only in these limited cases:

• Service providers who help us operate — for example, AI model providers (to fulfill a generation you request), Stripe (payments), and our own hosting infrastructure (AWS). They receive only what is necessary for their function.
• Legal requirements — if required by valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, the public, or TNZ Productions LLC.
• Business transfers — if TNZ Productions LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Storage and security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information under our control, including encryption in transit and encryption of sensitive fields at rest. Our infrastructure is self-hosted on Amazon Web Services. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to limit what we hold in the first place.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because most of your creative content lives on your own device, you control it directly. To exercise rights over information we hold (such as your account email), contact us at legal@kovastudiofx.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing (we do not sell or share as those terms are defined). If you are in the EEA or UK, you have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, and our legal bases for processing are consent, contract performance, and legitimate interests.

7. Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period unless a longer retention is required by law. Waitlist emails are retained until launch communications conclude or you unsubscribe, whichever is first.

8. Children's privacy

KovaStudioFX is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of KovaStudioFX after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
